Customer, Strategy and Planning Operations Manager

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

• To deliver the operational business plan through the category team (BB) and CD Account Management team

• Provide input into the development of the Category Business Plan, with focus on ensuring that customer’s requirements and plans are incorporated and that the plan will grow both the total category and the Unilever business

• Develop the activation elements of the Category Business Plan by channel focusing on delivering the strategic thrusts and implement these to achieve category objectives

Main responsibilities

• Junior CSP Manager responsibilities: leadership of the activities under CPP budget and deliver the volume KPIs in line with the target

• Risk and Opportunities management in terms of category volumes

• Develop & follow the implementation of Quarterly Activity Plan aligned between BB and Account Management to deliver the company targets

• S&OP - Forecast 0-3 months

• Drive profitable mix inside category

• Budget management: discretionary CPP

• Leaflet Strategy and management

• Route to market

• Development & evaluation of Category tactics (e.g. promo price, free weight, co-packs, boosters etc.)

•  Weekly Trade visits

Requirements

• Essential experience in Customer Marketing Account Management

• Other relevant experience in Brand Development or Category Management is a plus
