Job Summary: As an E-commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of online sales channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless order execution, maintaining strong relationships with e-commerce retailers, and optimizing processes to meet sales targets.
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Liaise with e-commerce retailers to coordinate order placement, resolve issues, and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions on partner platforms.
Work closely with the sales team to understand demand forecasts and align inventory levels accordingly.
Execute strategies to meet sales targets and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
Regularly update sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights for operational improvements.
Address and resolve order-related issues promptly, working closely with customer service and relevant departments.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective communication of promotions and product launches on e-commerce platforms.
Provide operational insights to enhance the overall online customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. (optional)
Demonstrated experience in FMCG operations and order fulfillment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate in English.
