Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support our local finance team to ensure company financial goals/objectives are met monthly, quarterly, and annually. This position will provide support to the existing members of the team in the areas of corporate finance and reporting, financial planning, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts.

• Preparation and review of monthly reporting packages including detailed financial analysis.

• Propose and implement different developments for actual instruments.

• Analyzing actuals and identifying financial and operational key issues that should be considered and remedied.

• Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management as requested.

• Assist with preparation of financial information and presentations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors

• Work closely with other Eastern Europe teams to have similar views on forecast processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field (Accounting, Finance, etc.).

• 2+ years overall experience in Financial Analysis, Reporting or Controlling or similar field.

• Ability to independently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.

• Must be flexible, well organized, and able to work well under pressure.

• High-level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize demands to meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English.
