Brand positioning & Purpose of the Job
We are currently looking for a Marketing and Trade Marketing Assistant to cover relevant activities for both departments: marketing (BB) and trade marketing (CSP) in Romania
Responsible for:
Business operations
Support the input in the system for the brand expenses
Support for system creation of new/existing product code creation and specifications tasks, so that the planned activities can be implemented smoothly and in time
Ensure proper management and follow-up on invoices, supplier contracts and agency cost estimates tracking (including fees follow up & discussions/negotiations)
Manage the samples procedure to cater to needs in marketing/trade marketing for internal and external purposes including company events & ad hoc requests
Manage payment of ad-hoc urgent requests, contracts renewal and new contracts (new suppliers; activities; addendums to contracts)
Drive initiatives of organizing product tasting (including for quality assessments) and follow up with participants to facilitate guidance and payments
Support with ad-hoc requests from category leads in marketing and trade marketing
Market understanding and reporting
Centralize information and feedback from sales team (competitor tracking and updates included) in various formats for multiple purposes
Aware of and provides insights on local market trends especially those visible in digital/in-store
Monitor and assess competitor moves, in collaboration with trade marketing team
Activations management
Support implementation of agreed brand plan
Support and manage together with brand manager BTL events as per the agreed calendar of activity plans
Manage the legal and regulatory aspects of multiple brand campaigns implemented with consumers and shoppers
Monitor and report activation results for responsible brands, as requested by brand managers
Requirements:
University degree
Advanced English knowledge
Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
