JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. You will develop and execute the customer strategy and customer business plan with our customers, while helping the Key Account Manager’s in daily tasks.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Provide support to the Key Account team in daily operations
- Day-to-day operation management of major hyper and super channel accounts
- Give support in budget control for the KAM: input files with closed agreements of TMI spend, file the agreements and contracts.
- Price Change Coordination: check and approve promotional invoice prices confirmed by Customer. Give CPP-On price inputs to Customer Planner. Discuss and solve price discrepancies on daily basis to ensure continuous invoicing.
- Price Claim validation with Customer: Discussing and solve price claims with Customer.
- Debit and credit notes control in HRC invoice system
- Monitoring customer performance by tracking sales figures
- Maintaining tight cooperation with senior key account manager, customer strategy &planning managers, sales representative team, customer service and supply chain departments
Take active part in Product Listing/Change:
- Communicate all product and logistic information for new listings, communicate with other Unilever departments to collect all necessary data
- Manage logistic data change with partners
- Enter promotions into the promo planning tool with all necessary inputs according to agreed facts
Support planning and agreement process of promotions with customer:
- Discuss short term promotional volume request with Customer Operation team, give feedback and discuss the promotional details with the customer.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Some experience is required in sales support or related functions
- Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Fluency in Hungarian and advanced in English
- Excellent IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
- Accuracy with careful attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills as you’ll have direct relationship with other internal departments and also our customers
- Ability to present written information in a structured way appropriate to the needs of the reader
