JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to allocate the available Home Care products according to business objectives. You’ll reach that with establishing connection between you and our Customer Marketing and Sales teams.

Mitigation refers to strategies and actions taken to reduce or minimize risks and negative impacts in our supply chain. Your main area will be resolving short term supply related issues & the local Home Care business waste issues.

You’ll need to align on the stock allocation with the business and operate in our internal systems to allocate the right products in time and in full to our customers (like Tesco, Spar, Coop, etc.), also analyze the Business Waste Report and if needed, you’ll trigger actions on how to deal with this waste. You’ll work on the perfect supply management of our beloved brands like Coccolino, Cif and Domestos.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Allocate the available Home Care product supply according to short-term business objectives.
  • Have ongoing discussion with customer marketing team and external partners to make sure all business objectives are covered from supply side.
  • Drive periodically & per demand meetings about setting business critical supply allocation rules in AATP (Advanced Available to Promise) system by defining it together with other functional teams.
  • Be the supervisor of stock allocation policies, making sure other functions are fully aware of stock allocation opportunities and in case of issues recommend solutions.
  • Parameter setting of allocation rules in AATP.
  • Be accountable for service risk identification working on it together with other functions.
  • Identify, quantify and trigger short term out of stock/stock risks and elevate for resolution.
  • Lead mitigation of service risk in collaboration with other functions (Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by other teams in close collaboration with this role).
  • You’ll be the key contact to Customer Marketing, Sales and Category planning teams, thus it’s your responsibility to give them feedback on risks and opportunities of supply.
  • Prepare weekly service summary.
  • Coordination of smaller crisis, for example product availability or quality issues, etc.
  • Confirm orders and stock allocation of Adria-countries between Hungary and Adria unit, in the perspective of Home Care business unit.
  • Monitor and make action on waste prevention based on weekly discussion with Customer Marketing team.
  • Owner of process of proactive stock and obsolete management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • University/College studies in Economics
  • Native Hungarian and Fluent English language knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specially in Excel, but Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is also important), basic knowledge of Power BI
  • We will provide all other necessary trainings to understand our systems (like SAP, AATP, Kinaxis, etc.)

  • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude to address supply-related challenges by yourself or with other teams/functions.
