Job Scope:

Implement sales plans to boost customer reach & penetration in food service dedicated channels along with execution of free trade agenda via distributors sales force

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Development Consultant:

•    Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools

•    Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.

•    Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories

•    Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix

•    Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business

Free Trade Expansion:

  • Agree on a joint business plan with assigned distributors that delivers the company strategic objectives
  • Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales force to achieve growth of strategic categories in line
    with profit guidelines
  • Execute free trade plans to increase reach & penetration within designated distributors.

Key Competencies & Skills:

•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG

•    Strong negotiation & presentation skills.

•    Ability to develop win-win solutions

•    University graduate (Business Major is a plus)

•    English / Arabic is essential

KPI Measures:

•    Incremental reach &Penetration targets

•    Value & Volume growth Target

•    Trade spend optimization for by XX% versus PY

•    Deployment of customer` business plans
