A new business incubator within Beauty and Personal Care has been recently established to enable portfolio transformation and accelerate Unilever’s growth in emerging channels – Health, Beauty and e-Commerce.
This unit is looking for a Business Design and Innovations Manager that can manage the innovation work stream from end-to-end, from network management with the cross-functional team, to managing gate-keeping process and P&L management, down to designing and implementing campaigns tailor-fit to channel. The BDM will also act as portfolio manager, tasked with building core assortment, identifying new opportunities, and working with Supply Chain to complete the full value chain.
- Brand Innovation experience in the beauty and E-Commerce Industry
- Knowledge of brand management & communications
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to quickly adapt & pivot when hitting roadblocks
- Experience managing key stakeholders
- Eagerness & willingness to learn
