JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are passionate to work in the frontline sales team of Unilever Sri Lanka while being responsible to ensure that all agreed work standards in terms of sales, distribution, display & merchandising are achieved in each Point of Purchase (POP) sales route of the assigned territory then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Deliver annual & monthly company targets in terms of volume & revenue.

  • Develop sales by improving services of business partners and capability of sales force.

  • Carry out all company business development activities in the assigned territory.

  • Establish a strong stakeholder relationship with traders and key stakeholders in the territory.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Candidate should:

  • Be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification.

  • Have experience in sales in a similar capacity (preferably FMCG) will be an added advantage.

  • Be self-confident and assertive with good inter-personal and relationship management skills.

  • Possess a valid driving license and be willing to work in outstation areas.
