You will be responsible to lead, develop and support the execution of fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights based brand/category solutions and activities for customers/channels. You are required to deliver strong, competitive and market beating growth through strong analytics of market and sales data that translates to insightful diagnostics and market strategies and actions.
Your responsibilities include...
Conduct sales diagnostics, analysis and taking proactive action based on insights.
Conduct n-depth analysis of category and brand issues/opportunities and conducting reviews of trade category management plans with brand teams.
Rigorously driving S&OP for the respective categories by collaborating with cross functional teams.
Land innovations related to the categories by being the single point of contact for any activities on trade level.
Contribute to developing the perfect store by being the single point of contact for merchandising team. Review and update perfect store strategy for channels on regular basis.
Develop expertise on shoppers and customers by analysing shopper and consumer behavior at field/channel level.
Being responsible for the usage and management of trade terms structure budgets and delivering category return on investment.

What’s important for you to have in this position?
Candidate should:
Possess a Bachelor’s in Business Management degree preferably in marketing or an equal professional qualification.
Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in trade category management / channel marketing/ Category management. (experience in FMCG will be an added advantage).
Be self-confident and assertive with good inter- personal skills and relationship management skills.
Have solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles, data analytics and forecasting.
Be a strategic thinker and have passion for growth.
