Is this position made for you?
You are the point of contact for the business for all IT demands and will facilitate the effective utilisation and implementation of IT. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with business customers, ensuring the functional portfolio is up to date and managing the agreement and communication of Service.
How would you create a better world?
Be responsible for driving key IT initiatives within Unilever Sri Lanka’s Supply Chain and adjacent functions.
Co-Manage and deliver IT requirements for business transformation projects covering cross-functional, regional, and global teams from a SC perspective (Puccini, Silver, FOF, Maldives, SAP ACM).
Associate with IT supply chain lead for driving key IT initiatives within Unilever’s Supply Chain and adjacent functions (SC digitalization projects).
Be a key player in department led change management initiatives (Adopting Microsoft O365, Collaboration tools, NAUX- SAP Online, Service Now, B/4 HANA).
Manage E2E configuration activities on SAP for numerous business process alignment projects and operational enhancements to increase productivity and improve overall user experience.
Lead governance, risk and compliance for Fusion ERP authorisation.
Provide support and act as escalation SPOC for SAP fusion related issues.

What’s important for you to have in this position?
Candidate should:
Be a graduate with a background in IT/Information Systems/ Management or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification.
Have prior experience of 2-3 years serving in a similar capacity with experience in project management, business partnering and business analysis.
Have background understanding of SAP and Supply Chain function will be an added advantage.
Be self-confident and assertive with good inter-personal and relationship management skills.
