Your responsibilities include...
As a Junior Manager - Customer Relations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of credit re-imbursements, business waste management, and modern trade payment management. Your role will be involve collaborating with business partners (distributors), internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize costs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in financial operations related to claims, waste management, and payments.
Your responsibilities include...
Distributive Trade Customer Relations Management:
Collaborate with business partners (distributors) for business process operations mainly related to their working capital management.
Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of business claim receivables and provide visibility to related internal and external stakeholders.
Own the end-to-end process of credit re-imbursements (business claims).
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance, banking, IT, business partner employees) for business claim-related matters.
Process and own system development/upgradation of the business claim management interface (SAP CRM system) to be more relevant and in-sync with the current business requirement.
Responsible for the total end-to-end claim re-imbursements and signing off Pure-Nil-Claim-Certificates (PNCC)s with business partners.
Business Waste Management:
Govern the standard operating procedure (SOP) for business waste management through cost optimization.
Liaise with business partner (distributor) stakeholders, field managers, external suppliers to design, develop, execute and re-imburse business waste (damage goods).
Execute mechanisms/processes to minimize business waste in trade and in business partner locations through a root cause analysis.
Liaise with trade quality assurance teams/warehouse teams to build in best practices for business waste management.
Modern Trade Payment Management:
Evaluate, process and track modern trade payments to customers related to campaigns, merchandizing, transport, ullage, promotions and listing fees, joint business plans, etc and lead the zero deduction Policy.
Ensure weekly representation at the modern trade debtor review meeting and resolve any queries related to modern trade payments.

What’s important for you to have in this position?
Candidate should:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Have 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or similar role.
Have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Have In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM system and business processes.
Have the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Having experience in waste management and payment management will be an added advantage.
