Specialist - Consumer Engagement Center Projects
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Marketing team to support the business in the delivery of impactful projects for a period of 1 year!
Requirements:
Be a graduate or completed an equivalent professional qualification available to work full-time, with 3-4 years prior experience in strategic management of consumer experience center.
Be able to lead end-to-end resolution for consumer feedback and improve product quality through effective communication with the support of the CRM team.
Must have a working knowledge of understanding, analyzing, and interpreting consumer data and the ability to track performance metrics of digital commerce.
Develop and lead vendor management strategy to optimize supplier performance and able to drive process development and execution.
Must be familiar with basic MS Excel & PowerPoint functionalities.
