HR BUSINESS PARTNER for Unilever Denmark
The purpose for HR within any one of our four Nordic countries is to realize our business agenda and to be catalysts of change. We have HR Business Partners located across the markets. We have Employee Experience team running a fully insourced operation. As a collective Nordic HR team, we are on a journey to be more digital, agile, front-line focused and drive our own skill sets relevant for the future.
The main objective in the role as HR Business Partner is to drive business success through the performance and engagement of our people in the Danish organization and in our Nordic Foodservice business.
What you will be doing?
As an HR Business Partner, you understand the broad business and functional context. You are going to be partner for the General Manager in Denmark and the Country Leadership Team. You will also be partners with the Nordic General Manager for Unilever Food Solutions and the wider Nordic Leadership Team.
As we embrace the lifelong learning and wellbeing, you will be having a big role in partnering & coaching the Line Managers to drive performance, wellbeing, and talent development. We need you to be digitally savvy and have the analytical thinking since you are going to use diagnostic tools to plan and implement development interventions for the leadership team and their team members.
As we are a Nordic HR family, you will collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of Unilever HR policies, processes and local employment/labor legislation for all employees.
There will be also some initiatives you will be leading such as Future of Work and of course you get to be part of various of HR projects across the Nordics.
What does it take to succeed in the role?
To be the best match for us, you have good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle. You have positive, can-do mentality and you can inspire people to achieve their best in the changing environment. Agility is something we are developing all the time, so we hope you already have agile ways of working – or at least the willingness to be agile.
As HR BP you play big part in Talent Development and Performance Couching so having the understanding and experience in these is definitely a plus. Ideally you have background from similar senior HR role for about 5 years already. As this role is for Danish market, we need you to be fluent both in Danish and English.
