Title: Fabric Enhancers Marketing Manager Arabia – Maternity Cover
Location: UAE or KSA
Duration: 6 months maternity cover
Responsibilities:
Strategy & category development:
Responsible for delivering the right strategy to grow the Fabric Enhancers category via more users, more usage, more value.
Work hand in hand with customer marketing to deliver strong category growth stories driving value & profit for the retailers
Business development: work hand in hand with CSP to develop our business in new channels to enlarge our footprint where relevant.
Performance delivery:
P&L management: drive accurate volume forecast hand in hand with cross functional team.
Manage the whole Comfort P&L including topline & bottomline delivery.
Interface with market unit heads to drive local business growth.
Stakeholder management within the cross functional business teams to drive the business plan.
Media management: Work with media agencies to create annual and monthly media plans for the fabric enhancer category
Drive ongoing market share analysis and deep dive. Follow sell out data, analyse and deliver corrective action plan based on it.
Comfort brand power:
Strengthening brand power through Building purposeful & powerful Brand Experience and enhancing consumer relevance of the category.
Multi-Channel marketing: Creating and driving marketing programs/campaigns across retail (instore & out of store) and Ecommerce using both ATL and BTL.
Brand equity: ensure right visual identity & on pack claim optimization for our brands.
Portfolio management & Innovation:
Integrated business planning: Create the annual marketing calendar and drive OTIF delivery of innovations.
Assessing and rationalizing existing innovations in market.
Design for channel:
Drive performance marketing and E-com accelerated growth with disruptive portfolio and business models.
Drive operational Excellence.

Marketing experience in FMCG or other relevant industry.
Fluent in English.
