Who You Are & What You’llDo
TheSupply Chain Overheadsrole willsupport theplanning and accounting of the supply chain overheads – working with HR and business partnersto ensurethere are robust plans to deliver targets. This role will report to the Senior Manager for Overheads to ensure consistency across all Overheads planning-unlocking synergies betweenOverheads and Supply Chain Overheads. This role willlead in many high business value prioritiesgiven the overheads agenda in 2021 and 2022.
The other aspect of the role is P2P Liaison to theUniopsP2P Operating Center team and in thiscapacity reports to the Controller. Responsibilities in this area include approvals forPCardsand working with key partners to ensure solutions such asPCardsand Ghost cards are fit for purposeand supporting the reduction of GRIR.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in providing supportto the Supply Chain organizationto facilitate decision making and influencing stakeholders to shape the strategic direction ofoverheads management.

End to EndSupply Chain overheadsprocesses (reporting & forecasting) toensure rigorand holding budget owners accountable.
Supports analytical and business frameworks as well as a quantitative approach to decision-making that shape thedecisions on choices foroverheads spend.
Ad-hoc financial modeling to support key decisionmaking.
Supporting implementation of global tools and technology.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional businesspartners.
Acceleratesthe digital finance transformation by supporting new pipelines initiatives and pioneering other technology improvements.
Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and efficient.
What You’ll NeedToSucceed
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA stronglypreferred
Related financial planning and analysis experience with increasing responsibility and control
6+ years of prior work experience infinance areas ofFinance Business Partnering and S&OPpreferred
An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complexproblems
Experience creating and implementing operational improvementsolutions
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsin orderto clearlyarticulateresults and implications ofanalysis
Experience communicating financial acumen effectively with all levels of theorganization
Enjoys working in a collaborative teamenvironment
