Background & Purpose of the Job
Responsible to support UL Foods Plants and UL 3PM Foods Plants service and quality.
Support our plant to getting materials to their production without disruption.
Manage the key interfaces related to sourcing materials to UL Food Plants and 3PM Foods Plants.
Such as SC Planning, Foods Plants and 3PM Plants, Suppliers, Quality, R&D.
Owns the coordination and execution for all Foods materials to our plants.
Work with Quality team to improve quality of our materials delivered to Unilever Food Plants.
First and key connection with all Unilever suppliers for raw and packaging materials for UL Plants.
Manage weekly calls with our supplier, also responsible for quality call with our suppliers to guarantee quality is being improving.
Work closer to Procurement Portfolio team for contracts and service issues with suppliers.
Provide an important role to guarantee service and quality are improving and materials are sourced to our plants. Works with Supply Chain to minimize waste for delisting materials and also with our suppliers to avoid write off issues.
Key contact to manage all material sourcing issues and find initial solutions through working closer to our suppliers

And you will be responsible in troubleshooting, identifying process efficiencies, and overall material excellence.
You love to win, and have fun doing it: You will assist with other cost reduction as working closer to other team to reduce material waste.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree Supply Chain/ Logistic, Business, Sciences, Engineering
- 1-2 years general business experience in any Supply Chain function (Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Planning)
