JOB PURPOSE:
This senior manager role will be responsible for hunting new channel opportunities, nurturing emerging channel growth, and exploring new pack opportunities for our brands – both within the ice cream category and outside of it (licensing out). This role will work in close collaboration with cross functional business development counterparts on the brand and finance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will work as part of a cross-functional squad to chase down new and exciting business development opportunities. You’ll explore new potential channels that make sense for our brands to play in, assess the viability of leads, size the opportunities, and then find the optimal route to market. You’ll craft market penetration strategies for these new channels that address the 4 P’s – product, price, place, and promotion. This senior manager-level role will have one (1) direct report.
Major responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional BD counterparts to identify opportunities in new and emerging channels to drive top-line
- Create new routes to market that generate incremental revenue streams
- Work closely with finance to understand the P&L implications of new opportunities and determine which projects are viable to move forward
- Provide regular updates to leadership on status of projects and new ideas that are being explored

Pay: The pay range for this position is $110,700 to $166,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
