Your Role:
The Out of Home Sales & Category Analyst will focus on supporting Regional Sales Managers and National Account Managers for the out of home Channel. This role will provide proactive analysis of ekaterra and competitive business trends leveraging internal and syndicated tools. Utilizing the data analysis, this role will help identify opportunities and minimize potential risks to the existing business. Additionally, this role will support our broker-managed accounts with Tea Category analysis and assortment recommendations based on sales reporting.
YourKey Tasks:
Support daily / monthly customer-specific reporting needs from Non-commercial
Provide analytics to help improve forecast and drive S&OP process
Pull and settle broker commissions
Populate and provide analysis for Salesforce
Manage Karma, Magento, and I trade
Process & pay Bunn invoices
Promotional ROI analysis to drive trade efficiency
Support ASM managed accounts within Black Smith
Analysis of NPD, Dataessential, and Cleveland research
Publish total OOH daily sales reports & monthly Numerator reports
Maintain monthly / quarterly business review templates for regional distributors
Stakeholder Management and critical interfaces:
Support Regional and National account managers
Work with Customer & Channel Development Team
Interact with Broker Sales Team
Reporting and presentations to Senior Leadership
Day to day working relationships with Category Management Team
Skills and Experience:
Syndicated data tools
Internal sales reporting tools (Blacksmith, Salesforce)
Advanced Excel skills (database tools a plus)
CPG analysis and OOH sales experience a plus
Experience preparing and presenting action-oriented analytics
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
Customer management, customer service, or finance background is a plus
Breakthrough Thinking – Ability to work independently and deliver results
Problem Solving -Will need to exercise sound judgment and routinely make decisions to support the day-to-day business
Organizational Awareness - Will need to reach out to many different levels of the organization to solve problems and gather information for decision making
