Background and Purpose of the Job

This Planning Data Support Analyst is a full-time assignment that supports and influences the achievement of Supply Chain KPI’s including Customer Service, Inventory and Cost. The core of the jobs purpose is to maintain Master Data Solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities.

Who You Are And What Will You Do

This position will support operations by...

  • Ensuring Master Data Integrity in Key systems as well as maintaining Best Practice Processes.

  • Identifying areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate measures.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts. 

  • Looking proactively to improve the process by following the principles involved in Continuous Improvement.

  • Performing various activities around Master Data to deliver efficient, reliable, accurate Master Data in support of Unilever’s objectives

  • Providing support in resolving data quality problems through partnership with Supply Planners.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics and technology.

  • Experience with ECC, Kinaxis and APICS certification a plus.

  • Position requires excellent communication skills and team commitment.

  • Talent program management skills dynamic environment requiring the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Ability to problem solve, influence, and lead others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
