We are now looking for an Industrial Finance Manager for Unilever in Flen

What you will be doing?
As a Finance Manager you are part of the Flen leadership team, where you will provide decision making support, prepare the financial appraisal for investments and drive the savings agenda. The finance manager is also accountable for keeping compliance of the site to the Unilever control framework and audit requirements. The role is part of a European team of Industrial Finance Business Partners and reports into the Ice Cream Network lead for Europe.
What does it take to succeed in the role?
In a nutshell, the right person for this role has strong analytical skills, and an ability to drive performance. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, coupled with a willingness to learn. The person should also feel comfortable in decision making as well as having a hunger to learn and improve. We believe some years of experience within a finance environment is key, preferably in a business partner role in a production environment.
You communicate fluently in English and preferably also in Swedish. If you have a finance qualification equivalent to CIMA/business degree, that’s a plus!
