Please note that this is a full time hybrid work position.

What you will be doing?

Working in our team will give you a wide understanding of the FMCG business. Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Creation of customer/account level short term value forecast incl. campaign volume forecasting

  • Utilizing insights from key accounts and the market and incorporating these into the forecast

  • First point of contact in the team in Sales and Operational Planning related matters and tight co-operation with the international planning and sales support teams

  • Promotion data collection, analysis and recommendations on how to improve performance

  • Maintaining and developing new sales analysis & support tools

  • Supportive tasks related to reporting, out of stock management, price lists, pricing and invoicing

What does it take to succeed in the role?

We hope you are curious and motivated to convert insights into business opportunities and share knowledge and information with the team. You are customer and consumer centric, detail-oriented, and Excel is one your best friends. 

We are looking for someone with internal drive who takes ownership of their personal learning agenda and development. You are a true team player and problem solver who always seeks for a possibility to develop opportunities. Youcan manage and prioritize yourown work and you don’t hesitate to spar with your colleagues.You communicate fluently in English and in Finnish. Great sense of humour is a plus!
