About The Role...
- Responsible for Business to Business (B2B) marketing targeting catering professionals (mainly professional chefs).
- Understand target's need to generate insight for market development.
- Assist to develop local marketing strategies, activation & promotion which support target to inspire and progress.
- Support to lead cross-functional team to implement annually plan, including campaign activation, promotion, tracking and budget management.
- Implement agreed annual plan with execution excellence to drive sales and profitability of channel group managed.
And The Person...
- University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in Food marketing
- Passion in food & different types of cuisine
- Proactive, self-motivated, and good leading skills to achieve goals
- Flexible & mature communication skills
- Good analytical, presentation and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
