About the role...


  • Drive end to end innovation project to maximize the operation efficiency;

  • Prepare transportation and warehousing costs budgets and ensure the expenses are within budget limits;

  • Support End to End cost analysis and develop improvement plan;

  • Effectively manage 3PL relationships / performance in both logistics and Co-Packing;

  • Develop logistic infrastructure of the warehouses.

Customer Service:

  • Manage Order to cash (O2C) process including audit control point;

  • Review internal/external customer feedback & operation issue to develop prompt and effective action plan;

  • Formal performance reviews against KPIs including service levels, costs, efficiencies and loss analysis to provide the best service to customer;

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all agreed supply chain/customer service KPI reporting to the relevant management;

  • Lead and participate in the Business Review or regular meeting with the key account customers on the customer service KPI and any project progresses;

  • Drive collaboration program with customers to achieve operational excellence.

About the person...

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines;

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain operation, with supervisory experience, preferably with background from Personal Care and Food product logistics handling 

  • China Bonded warehouse operation management is preferable;

  • Analytical and strategic thinking, strong customer services mindset;

  • Good leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills;

  • Familiar with SAP and WMS;

  • Proficiency in MS excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge on Macro, VBA and Power BI is an advantage;

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • ​Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
