Aboutthe Role...

  • Assist line manager in formulating and delivering effective sales & marketing strategies and plan to achieve business objective; 
  • Responsible for brand building & management (including product innovation and renovation); 
  • Initiates and manages programs or projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies. Planning and execution of full range of marketing activities, e.g. advertising, branding, CRM, PR, digital marketing, etc;
  • Able to penetrate into social media and digital trends / technologies and come up with the best suitable plan for our brands;
  • Work with Line Manager and regional brand team to transfer category visions and plans into local marketing execution plan;
  • Work closely with cross category Task Force team to formulate annual brand plan & 4-8 Quarter Activity Plan (including innovation launch & brand activation) for assigned categories;
  • Prepare adequate business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance;
  • Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turns those insights into opportunities to satisfy customer needs; 
  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring optimum spending and returns;
  • Work closely together with cross functional team on supporting day to day operations, including but not limited to volume forecasting, handling consumer related enquires, meeting legal / regulatory compliances, etc. 

About the Person...

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years of brand marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry, candidates of marketing/communication related background are also welcome 
  • Experience in managing social media / digital activation, search and online marketing is a must
  • Skills in building local understanding, brand marketing plans, monitoring & implementing solutions
  • Good at managing launch / re-launch plans with excellent communication deployment
  • Possess agile mentality, combination of creative and analytic skill
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
