The “Digital Gen Next " will be responsible for the digital agenda of different categories. The ideal candidate can use a wide range of digital and technical know-how. The candidate is able to construct both quantitative and qualitative analysis and knows how to work in collaboration with teams of analysts who are experts in specific subjects. As a result, the ability to organize your work and manage multiple projects are essential. S/he will be fully responsible of full funnel agenda of different squads which involves data agenda, 1:1 agenda, performance marketing agenda and all digital ecosystems.

Primary Responsibility’s & Considerations

oPerformance Marketing responsibility,

  • Creating occasions,
  • Asset creation
  • Tracking performance
  • Owning one e-commerce platform performance marketing fully
  • Owning Content Platform
  • Asset creation with creative agencies
  • SEO/SEM tracking with media agencies
  • Increase traffic and usage of data
  • Special projects with brands
  •’s executions
  • Visualization of data( Dashboard reading )
  • Digital Media First Pilot’s
  • A/B Testings
  • At ease with qualitative and quantitative analysis;
  • Being able to create concise analysis that can communicate clear messages;
  •  Being able to communicate both with equal role and with senior stakeholders;

Nice To Have’s

o Creation and updating of an analysis catalogue;

o Anticipate work spikes and ask for support for remote resources;

o Work with internal resources and business users.

Essential skills

• Entrepreneurial approach, Passion, Enthusiasm for learning, Proactivity;

• Previous experience in an analytic role;

• Experience with structured and unstructured data;

• Familiarity with social media and social listening;

• Storytelling experience in corporate contexts focused on the communication of clear messages;

• Business focus and engagement orientation;

• Excellent English;

Desirable skills

• Experiences in digital marketing and campaign optimization;

• Experience in understanding business questions;

• Social analytics experience;

• Experience with sales data and Panel data;

• Passion for the digital world and its implications in the world of economy;
