About The Role:

Acceleration of digitalization brought new opprtunities to stregthen brands relationships with customers & consumers and to make processes more sustainable. For the consumer side, applications enriched with gamified experience are becoming a trend to create continuous interaction. For the customer side, new digital solutions are utilizing to improve existing processes.

Unilever seized emerging opportunities and in 2020, launched Algida ile Kazan and Algida Bakkal. Unilever aimed to digitalize its consumers’ brand experience to create loyal consumer group by providing a gamified experience to enjoy and gain at the same time! Through Algida ile Kazan, consumers can collect Algida points from the codes on Algida products and buy new Algida products, gift codes and data packets.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and stakeholders to help grow a sustainable business. This role involves close work with the agencies as well as cross-functional departmants internally.

Responsibilities:,

  • Creating and rolling out applications’ digital strategy and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose. Sharing best practices & learnings and monitoring application as well as promotion performances to support the brand’s ambition.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your applications’ essential technologies, techniques, and their limits. Governing, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities.
  • Creating roadmap and management of agency for media investment models and enhancement opportunities for the application. Establishing of ATL & BTL activities of “Algida ile Kazan” app as well as closely optimization of the investments.
  • Flawless development and implementation of promotion initiatives and bringing desired level of value and making sure digital transformation of promo projects and processes working as desired.
  • Developing digital strategy, focusing on awareness, engagement, customer care by leading media and creative agencies for promo campaigns
  • Managing & leading of all digital promotion related projects collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory, IT, Procurement teams.
  • Launching and supporting partnerships & productivity projects to create incremental value into application.

Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of full funnel online consumer journery touchpoints with a digital campaign management experience.
  • Passionate about data and able to synthesize data and translate it into insights driving business decisions.
  • High “bias for action” and leadership. Right Mental Attitude – open communication & walk the talk
  • An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational)
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary
  • Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their likely challenges and information requirements.
  • Experienced project manager, particularly in terms of project planning, and forecasting demand.
  • Facilitation and capability building skills. Able to contribute to a significant change programme.
  • Organizational change-agent mindset.
