Job Scope:

The New Revenue Streams (NRS) & New Capabilities, Accounts Manager reports into the CD Team Lead. This is a dynamic and entrepreneurial position in an exciting part of our business where we are seeking to turbo charge our growth. The position is responsible for establishing new capabilities into new channels & projects, including working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders internally and externally to project manage from ideation to launch. This person will lead the prospecting for new channels and new routes to shopper and act as the account lead for these external partners as we expand our business in these spaces. 

This role plays an integral role in establishing new channels of growth for Unilever and will lead the development and implementation of our long term strategy in new channels spaces. This is a highly visible role that will be critical in enabling Unilever to be a truly future fit organization.

We drive growth by bringing consumer insights to both new and developing platforms, and identify opportunities to partner to drive both sales, market share growth, and profit. We are about pivoting when things are not working and doubling down when something succeeds to fuel Unilever KSA growth. And, we like to have fun doing it!

What You’ll Do:

Join the Unilever CD team leading one of our workstreams to turbo the change within KSA new channels & project development. In this capacity, you will lead a small and mighty group of colleagues in designing and implementing new capabilities for Unilever to become a truly customer & consumer centric organization 

Leverage agile working principles to coordinate projects and strategically influence to drive accountability across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Play a lead role in developing long term strategies and lay out operational plans to ensure Unilever KSA is fit to win in new channel spaces and projects.

Own and nurture relationships with our strategic 3P partners who will help us to grow and deliver our objectives.

Act as the external business partner for our new revenue streams partners, working closely with these customers to establish the right portfolio and KPIs to drive profitable and incremental growth for both their business and Unilever
