Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver harmonization and continuous improvement projects aimed at improving cost and service level
- Identify opportunities to foster a well-being culture by adoption of the services and work with key stakeholders to develop and implement plans to address these opportunities.
- Drive and adhere to the Safety & Security culture and standards in Workplace & Travel Services.
Facility Management
- Responsible for R&M of office & fixed assets
- Supplies & consumables management
- Cafeteria & food services management
- Responsible for Guest House Facility management & single POC with the landlord(s)
- POC to blue collar staff for queries pertaining to workplace management
- Management of PPE’s & implementation of safety Protocols
Site Security Management:
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures in coordination with local and central teams.
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards.
- Scrap disposal Management
- Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
- Coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
- Maintaining effective liaison with government offices.
- Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
Travel & Fleet
- Logistics management for business travel of employees
- Fleet management & Operational reporting of Pool Vehicles
- Procurement of company vehicles, insurance & tax payments, and disposal
Financials
- WTS Budget management, reporting & delivering of financial targets
- Petty Cash management
Others
- Driving the well-being agenda
- Security management in liaison with corporate and Site LT
- Police reporting for foreign visitors
- Responsible to organize various types of company events
- Fixed assets management falling in WTS domain
- Management of employee Relocations & Transfers of luggage
- Telecom & Mobile Services across all sites.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or Administration from a reputed institute
- Experience of minimum 2-3 Years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills with diverse, multi-functional stakeholders.
- Embrace a growth mindset with strong dedication to customers.
- End to end management, ability to understand the big picture but also comfortable with details and managing the operations.
- Highly adaptable, self-managed and proactive
- Good written and verbal English
