BPC Category Planning Assistant Manager

Successful candidate will join Unilever BPC team and focus on Skin and Hair Care Category support. She/He will cooperate closely with Planning Managers in delivery of Category agenda by supporting daily tasks, providing necessary data and joining various improvement projects. She/He will closely work with 3PM planning team led by Genpact and directly with BPC copackers.

This role will be key to deliver agility and support continuous improvement.

About the role

• Support Skin & Hair processes and analysis around weekly service, demand reviews etc., provide add hoc analysis for Category team

• Own the quarterly LTCP process for Beauty and Persona Care and run related analysis

• Assist Category Planning Managers in various projects, lead some of improvement projects

• Coordinate the SLA (Service Level Agreement) negotiations for External Manufactures, ensure documents are up to date, follows Unilever priorities, coordinate documentation flow.

• Participate in the External Manufactures’ periodical results review and work directly with Skin and Hair Category Planning Manager to deliver service improvement, cost, cash and complexity reduction for the category.

• Support delivery of agility program for 3PM, represent planning in various discussions and improvement projects run with procurement, 3PMO, P&I and Genpact.

• Partner Genpact in improvement projects, become first point of contact for Skin and Hair issues

• Review, optimize and approve additional costs from Unilever perspective, according to agreed threshold

Required skills

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to model and interpret data

• Excellent communication skills and good command of English

• Self-motivation, accuracy and attention to details.

• Very good knowledge of Excel, Good knowledge of SAP/APO, Power Pivots, Power BI

• Ability to collaborate with European and Global customers
