MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate Supply Chain (SC) activities to ensure on time in full (OTIF) delivery of innovation & renovation projects, activity requests & value improvement projects (5S) in Beverages EU. Data collection and analyses to support and deliver Supply Chain strategies, portfolio complexity reduction & network optimization.
As Portfolio & Innovation coordinator, you have the following responsibilities:
I. OTIF Delivery of Innovation Projects
Ensure OTIF delivery of innovation/renovation projects
Represent SC and act as business partner within cross-functional team
Ensure effective communication with project team & stakeholders in Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Planning, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Factories
Coordinate different SC functions chain to ensure the all SC aspects are delivered during different project phases and gates (sourcing / capabilities/capacity/capex)
Support Risk Assessments (Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) & Supply Chain Risk Assessment) for all projects at each project stage.
Provide SC input for all IPM gates, innovation business case & support transfer price delivery from contract to market ready.
Accountable for SC execution of projects related to compliance to all local/national/regional regulatory requirements in Product, Process and Packaging
Support CCBT’s in scoping local innovation initiatives
II. Portfolio Management
Coordinate data collection & analysis to develop Portfolio Strategies in alignment with marketing and R&D.
Support migration of the current to the future portfolio; identify with marketing/R&D the trends & requirements in consumer & customer needs and translate in required SC capabilities.
Identify the key drivers of complexity in the Beverages category across the end to end (E2E) supply chain.
Monitor with detailed analysis the portfolio healthiness in terms of number of products in/out, critical volumes & technical aspects in alignment with aligned thresholds.
III. Change Management
Support 5S Programs delivery in Beverages Category, coordinating SC aspects and leading specific projects to achieve category targets.
Support network optimisation projects to ensure future readiness and cost competitiveness on the long term.
Outstanding project management skills
R&D, Planning or Operations background
Direct experience in at least one of the three functions,
Good understanding of the other two
Basic understanding of production processes and capabilities, risk assessment and validation of in-house operations
Data management/ analytical skills
Team player with excellent communication skills
Bias for action
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SAP PLM – Interspec
Background in Beverages Technology
Understanding of the materials conversion processes
