What you can expect from the role?
export country demands planning in APO/Kinaxis for both BPC and food category
customers service for global customers (regular calls, day to day email correspondence, problems solving)
creation and distribution of alerts trackers for key customers
extension/delistation of global DUs according P&I communication
creation of sales orders for global customers in S1P and sending request to Ocean team
obsoletes global management
global clients complains management
controlling of weekly/monthly ZREC reports (variance WMS vs S1P)
inventory level tracking and taking proper actions to reduce it
support for Capgemini team in terms of registration processes
support for Capgemini team in terms of export documentation
close collaboration and support for customs team regarding documentation
day to day collaboration with Ocean Hub warehouse, factories, VF planners
Does this sound like you?
English at a very good level
Experience in customer service, ideal planning experience
Knowledge of SAP, ideally also APO/Kinaxis
Good Excel, perfect knowledge of macro
Team player
Good communication skills
