What you can expect from the role?

  • Own the service metric for export clusters EU and Americas, providing daily support for EU and Americas team for all ocean freight and truck transport escalations.

  • Track the supply plan report for delivery fulfillment on a twice/thrice weekly basis, to ensure deliveries are on track and logistics service risks are addressed and attributed correctly.

  • Work with the sourcing units and supply planners to ensure transport is planned against the supply plan delivery targets, providing logistics systems and process expertise.

  • Manage freight forwarder and logistics partner network and relationships, ensuring strong support from them on delivery fulfillment requests and that vendors are paid timely for services rendered.

  • Preparation of data analytics and analysis for logistics KPI (Cost, Service, D&D, Savings, etc).

  • Manage and lead the governance for performance review calls for cluster/global supply chain forums.

  • Support in ad hoc analyses on logistics-related insights and data (data gathering, cost benchmarking for ocean + road freight, transport volume data).

  • Co-manage with the team for the Global annual and mini-tender exercises for UI, working directly with ocean procurement and within the team as required.
