Your Role

This permanent role will be part of a team of Europe Pricing & MDM Specialists who report to the Pricing & MDM Supervisor and support them by conducting services relating to Pricing & MDM.  This will require working closely with global O2C, Finance and Supply Chain to meet Pricing & MDM KPIs and financial targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process relevant updates to customer master data and O2C transactional data

  • Create & maintain pricing conditions & TTS per instructions from GTM​

  • Create & maintain rebate agreements (and accruals) for promotional agreements​

  • Contract simulation

  • Proactive pricing review and validation

  • Accurately capture and code losses to allow for root-cause analysis and improved CS levels

  • Support account teams through ad-hoc reporting

  • Create new customer accounts​.

  • Maintain existing customers master data.

  • Provide quality control and data governance for relevant data objects​

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business and customer needs are being met

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or business (preferably Finance, Accounting and/or Information Systems)

  • 2-3 years business experience preferably in Pricing and MDM processes

  • Familiar with SAP functionalities (with preference for SAP S/4HANA)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure

  • High analytical skills

  • Proven track record on improvement performance

  • Service oriented attitude

  • Able to adapt to changes quickly

  • Fluent in English language
