Finance Analyst

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced all-round analyst with knowledge of accounting and SAP. This expert will work in a multicultural team in an international setting, and you will be the responsible for the financial accounting and reporting processes of European Unilever Supply Chain company and continuous improvements initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Provide monthly analytics to support month end closure process

• Automate and maintain GPM reporting in SAP.

• Enforce checks and controls to ensure accurate and timely month end close activities and accurate supply chain results analyses.

• Being responsible for snapshot & forecast consolidation or P%L reporting and communication with relevant stakeholders.

• Perform data quality analysis on Supply Chain costs and align with stakeholders.

• Managing communication of financial results towards stakeholders.

• Update procedures, operation instructions and other documentation with process scope

Key Skills:

• Functional knowledge of supply chain and experience in SAP would be an advantage

• Shown skills with MS Office (excellent skills in Excel is a must)

• Analytical mindset: capability to analyze data to catch inconsistencies and mistakes

• Team player, pro-active

• Ability to manage and hold other stakeholders accountable.

• Fluent in English

• Good service orientation and communication skills

Experience:

• University degree in Finance (minimum Bachelor)

• 3+ years of finance working experience preferably in accounting, controlling, financial reporting
