Senior Finance Analyst (Deliver Process)

Business title: Assistant Manager – Deliver, Global Supply Chain Finance Services Operations

What can you expect from the role?

• Global process deployment for Deliver Cost for the region – Master Data Areas, Standard Costing, Forecasting, Accounting (accruals, invoice booking), Month-End Close (allocations, variance analysis), and Analytics & Reporting

• Business Partner and first point of contact within Unilever for Deliver processes

• Guide and deliver on time in full operations with support from service providers and monitor performance

• Manage effective service delivery, creating exceptional user experience in stakeholder community

• Global financial framework control controls understanding, documentation and attend / support SOX and other Audits.

• Data mining and KPI development

• Support the preparation of Governance meetings with global stakeholders (eg global procurement team)

• Benchmark cross-cluster to spot and drive opportunities to harmonize or implement more efficient ways of working.

• Bridge between central and regional team, while being the front end for business team interactions
  

Does this sound like you?

• 3 years of experience in finance area

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in finance

• Fluent English – B2 at least

• Experience in Supply Chain Finance will be an asset

• Analytical and problem-solving mind-set.

• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
