Main Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in Katowice HUB. This is by far one of the most exciting roles to explore Financial Performance and Analysis of Supply Chain P&L in Unilever Europe, with exposure to EU Business Group teams (operational and financial). The candidate will have great opportunity to learn and develop within supply chain finance area (Purchasing, Production, Logistics) in multiculture environment as part of Commercial Experience and Supply Chain Finance Service Team.

What can you expect from the role?:

  • Forecasting, budgeting, month end closure reporting and variance analysis

  • Business partnering to foreign Categorial leadership teams by providing insightful analysis of supply chain costs and performance.

  • Calculation and monitoring over supply chain transfer prices.

  • Support in local and global exciting projects and innovations

  • Leading small team of finance analysts

Does it sound like you?

  • Finance background- min 3 years professional experience in Finance Business Partnering or Controlling

  • University degree in Finance

  • Very good command of English - will be using on a daily basis

  • High proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of basic & advanced functions; basic macros; Power BI)

  • Ability to work within virtual community

  • Continuous improvement mindset – actively seeking of improvement opportunities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

  • Functional knowledge of supply chain and supply chain finance
