Background & Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for supporting the reporting processes of a ~$500MM America’s Tea portfolio including iconic brands of Lipton, TAZO, Pukka, Red Rose, PG Tips, and other brands within Ekaterra. This individual will help shape the reporting landscape, gathering data and creating insights for the Supply Chain organization to improve visibility, agility and drive proactive mitigation throughout the business. You will lead the discussions and gather proper inputs of key business activities to drive KPI reporting and views of both tactical and strategic business objectives. This individual also supports key roles within the Supply Chain to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Your Key Tasks
You will synthesize complex data through a variety of analytical processes to drive data-driven stories and business analytics.
Lead the development of systemic and easily understood processes to ensure continuity of reporting and analytics throughout the Supply Chain.
Manage and transform master data elements and attributes for our portfolio to ensure reporting capabilities, visibility, and accuracy for cross functional processes are easily digestible for end users.
Develop, maintain, and deliver KPI dashboards, reports, and templates to assist local teams on assessing and managing business health in a timely manner.
Lead digitization for reporting leveraging new tools such as RPAs and ML. Improve productivity through automation, eliminate redundant tasks that can be applied across multiple categories.
Support development of Tea Co. processes and technologies that are fit for purpose in the digital agenda
Supporting the development of global Tea. Co reporting within our new SAP S4/Hana landscape.
Supporting local team with ad-hoc report generation, requests and proof of concept reporting.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with focus in an analytical discipline (eg. Logistics, applied sciences, computer science, math, statistics, economics, operations, engineering, etc.); advanced degree a plus
A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in operational planning, preferred focus in supply chain planning and customer service
Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, SAP APO
Ability to analyze complex data sets, create strategic recommendations and processes
Advanced abilities within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI focused)
Advanced Excel experience required, focused on query and transformational languages (SQL, DAX, and database management)
APICS involvement/certification a plus
Very good command of English
Experience with process automation, digital supply chain, RPA
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in straight-forward ways to multiple levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills
