The Purpose of Role:
Customer Services (CS) solution develop, integrates and executes ULM strategy and plan, in support of the business and functional strategies and coordinates the business ability to meet customer needs through integrated processes, systems, and the use of technology.
Reporting to: Customer Support Manager
Provide performance monitoring of KPI, and identify trends and issues in service level.
Timely communication of business updates, policy changes and relevant information to stakeholders.
Act as prime communication contact for his/her customer portfolio.
Regular engagement with the customer to ensure demand and supply are balanced to best fulfil the customer’s requirement.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers by driving effective engagement.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and support team to ensure best-in-class CS.
Continuously review internal standards and process to propose possible changes for improvement
Produce and review service level performance and identify service level improvement opportunities.
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
Conduct process update/improvement projects and workshops.
Internal: CD Team, Planners, Logistic Team, Shipping Team
External: Customer's supply chain, buyers
No travel is required.
What you'll need to success
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience customer-facing supply chain environment, with other Supply Chain experience in Planning or Category Logistics.
Track record of building and leveraging relationships.
Think opportunity, simplification, and harmonization.
Think integrated Supply Chain process.
Analytical thinking skills.
