Overview

What Exactly You’ll Be Working On:

  • Perfect Store Online auditing across multiple customer platforms.

  • Manage new product input, inventory adjustments, product descriptions and backend product specs.

  • Maintain existing reports, consistently looking for opportunities to improve visibility and aid decision-making capabilities.

  • Identify new reporting needs and support the creation of complex and actionable management reports and analytical tools.

  • Provide analytical support to ensure maximum sales, margin and profit contribution for both Petco.com and total company.

  • Continuously assess, identify, and present opportunities to improve and optimize the customer journey.

  • Analyze complex online activity data to determine appropriate recommendation for action.

  • Support ad hoc requests, and providing data-driven recommendations supporting our digital/omni strategy through in-depth analysis and testing.

  • Provide reporting of operational results against the organization’s KPI’s.

  • Support on the eCommerce processes automation and optimization.

What do we look for?

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in any field of study, with strong career interest in Marketing/E-Commerce.

  • Fresh graduates who are seeking to cultivate deeper understanding in marketing and digital marketing skillsets.

  • Able to commit for at least 6 months.

  • Able to start internship tentatively in mid of November/early December 2022.
