You'll be driving initiatives that focuses on improving the shopping experience for shoppers in order to drive sales both in-store as well as creating necessary toolkits and execution plans to enable the Sales team to achieve shopper excellence. You'll be based in Malaysia and working with the team in Singapore.

What Exactly You’ll Be Working On:

  • Develop strong commercial awareness by building a strong foundation, understanding the retail & shopper landscape from the lens of a Customer, Shopper and Consumer. To enable the team to achieve execution excellence by building the required toolkit.

  • Execute POSM and visibility cycle in timely manner.

  • Execute activation with a post-activation report.

  • Support in planning of T+3 months visibility & activation Calendar for all 5 Business Units.

  • Support in managing tracker of assets and GWP (Gift of Purchase).

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and support in managing outputs of third-party agencies.

What do we look for?

  • Undertaking tertiary education at a Bachelor/Diploma level and have a strong career interest in shopper marketing and FMCG. 

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel), particularly Excel working knowledge of formulas and Pivot Table function.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Good organization skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision.

  • Able to commit for at least 6 months internship starting from April/May 2023.
