Key features

Culinary

• Create dish concepts and ideas in-line with specific customer needs

• Utilize current trends and data to create dishes that are relevant to customers

• Participate in Chef Engagement Activities

Project Management & Business Development

• Pitching of dish ideas and concepts to customers

• Managing of key projects and their timeline

Social Media

• Create food content for Social Media

• Involved in Videography and Photography of Food for Social Media

What do we look for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Culinology, Culinary Management or relevant.  

• Possess good culinary skills and business knowledge in food & beverage industry.

• Preferably with food science knowledge, and has strong interest in social media, entrepreneurship,sales and marketing.

• Able to commit for at least six (6) months starting in July/August 2023.

• Early-graduates who are looking for internship experiences.
