If you’re interested in kick-starting your career in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment and getting a closer look at how our company approaches the areas that may include Brand Building/Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Development (Sales), Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, HR Project Management and Learning & Development, we’d like to meet you.

Key features

  • Be a key team player in one of our biggest Employer Branding Activation for the year

  • Involve in our digital podcast campaigns and social media platforms to drive Unilever’s employer branding activities.

  • Work closely with our Employer Branding team, from planning, execution, participating and supporting in our personnel marketing activities, e.g., career fairs, virtual engagement sessions and social media activation.

  • Work closely with Talent Advisor team on recruitment activities, not limited to review the job requisition, activate, and outreach appropriate sourcing channels, candidate sourcing and management, including screening of candidates and scheduling interviews.

  • You will support the end-to-end administration of the internship cycle including sourcing of interns, intern management and liaising with universities on internship matters.

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Human Resources especially in employer branding and talent acquisition.

  • Strong project management skills. Leadership experience in student organizations is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills - both written and spoken.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to engage with many stakeholders in an organized manner.

  • Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.

  • Early-graduates who are looking for internship experiences.
