Head of HR UOI – HRBP/IRER – responsible to ensure all the HR activities are meet and execute within the HR standard, maintain the good relationship of the company toward all the stakeholders. Keeping and maintain the good relationship between the management and the employees and the union to ensure productivity in place. The function as recruitment, training and development including retention is to identify the needs to ensure the employee’s competency growth and meet the company expectation.

Job Responsibilities & Authorities

HR Business Partner

  • Managing/integrating all sub function of HR Department.

  • Liaise with all department to build conducive employee environment.

  • Ensure and manage all regulations are implemented.

  • Control and manage FTE based on organization structure.

  • Design and ensure HR strategy are running and measurable.

  • Control and organize all HR processes in accordance with service standards, fulfillment of compliance and optimum, controlled, and visible.


  • Evaluate regulation ant its compliance status related to Industrial Relation, Training and Competence based on local Indonesian regulation, international standard and Unilever requirements.

  • Create, maintain and evaluate industrial relations, employee relations and training guidelines based on the HR Director and Managing Director.

  • Observe and facilitate the Bipartite Worker Union/LKS and determine the appropriate action in this matter.

  • Controlling all significant impact of employees issues and disputes.

  • Create positive actions and event to increase and maintain the employee’s sense of belonging.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Ensure that the Talent Acquisition Program runs according to Unilever's plans and standards.

  • Ensure employee development programs from on boarding, talent review, performance review to offboarding run according to plan and have a positive impact on the organization.

Learning & Culture

  • Ensure that the learning program runs according to competency standards, plans and budget and is measurable.

  • Ensure that the culture and wellbeing program runs according to the plan, according to the target, according to the budget and is measurable.

Corporate Project Support

  • Ensure project support runs according to the SLA based on the recruitment plan (phasing, level, number and diversity, budget.

  • Ensure support for learning and capability improvement is in accordance with certification requirements, plan, budget, target participants and measurable effectiveness.

HR Services

  • Ensure that HR services performance runs according to HR strategy and meets service standards, meets the concept of compliance and is well measured and recorded.

  • Ensure that the experience that employees gain while working at UOI will be positive and increase their sense of belonging and engagement starting from the onboarding process, Payroll, documentation to off boarding which is in accordance with service quality, compliance fulfillment, measurable, and recorded.

  • Ensure that WPS and Security performance complies with Unilever global and UOI standards and criteria.

  • Ensure that GHW's performance is in accordance with Unilever global and UOI service, compliance and cost standards.

  • Provide input and guidance to GHW, PEL, WPS and Security together with the HR Services Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant background.

  • Minimum 5 years in managerial level.

  • Male/Female, Min age 35 years old.

  • Understand and able to operate MS. Windows, MS Office.

  • Good understanding on HR Concept.

  • Able to liaise with Government – Labour Board & KEK.

  • Able to communicate with multi stakeholders.

  • Able to conduct the training audit system.

  • Understandemployee engagementstandard.

  • High integrity, honest,high motivation, good interpersonal skill and able to work independently or with team.

  • Good inEnglish both writing and speaking.

  • Able to work under pressure and located at Sei Mangkei (Site).
