Digital Demand Creation Marketing Lead – Unilever Food Solutions

We’re searching for someone PASSIONATE about FOOD, who is looking for a fully empowered Marketing role, into the dynamic and growing Food Solutions Digital Landscape.

Job description:

Attracts customers and turns them into high quality leads by creating valuable content and experiences tailored to them. Forms connections that our customers are looking for and solves problems they already have.

  • Drives the full Operator Lifecycle for all key customer segments.
  • Understands the end-to-end buying journey of our key customer types & addresses the key moments that matter through omnichannel content
  • Co-designs omnichannel journeys and campaigns (together with Traffic & Marketing Automation specialist) that drive the full lifecycle, including lead management.
  • Plans & creates content, using SEO best practices, to drive both the operator lifecycle and our customer’s goals along their buying journey
  • Ensures optimal business processes to ensure frictionless delivery of all content marketing activities.
  • Continuously measures & optimizes all content. Provides actionable insights (Minimum frequency = monthly)
  • Guardian of ufs.com: Publishes content on ufs.com and ensures the website is up-to-date and performing well
  • Develops Partner ecosystems to increase reach/content/credibility

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Strategic: Develop & execute content marketing strategy to drive growth & customer delight
  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of customer buying journeys & filtering all business decisions through the eyes of our customer
  • Creative & persuasive content creation & distribution across a variety of digital channels
  • Performance measurement & analysis both online & offline
  • A digital expert in journey design, content marketing (inbound marketing), SEO, lead generation, Lead nurturing
  • Experience in marketing automation tools such as MARKETO

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • English is mandatory
  • B2B experience is a plus
