Job Summary

This role reports into the Demand Fulfilment Manager, working with a team of supply and material planners you are responsible to:

  • Lead supply planning agenda in response to Customer Service, Inventories, Innovations and Cost (Business waste, Supply chain cost)

  • Drive supply and capacity constraints solutions to meet to meet market demand

  • Point of contact of strategic sourcing for cost optimization

  • Managing exceptions to proactively mitigate risks and operational issues

  • Delivering action on business waste management and prevention

  • Accountable for innovation on time deliveries, with optimized cost and minimal business waste

  • Responsible for strategic and structural changes to the end-to-end supply chain to address key issues and risks through execution of defined and Demand Fulfilment Manager, approved projects and initiatives

  • Lead continuous improvement activities with category planning team to address chronic losses.

What are we looking for?

  • University Degree, Supply Chain (APICS etc) qualification is an advantage

  • Essential Skills: Strong experience in Supply Chain, Digital Analytic Tools such as, PowerBi, Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, Experience with ERP and finished good planning systems

  • Preferred Skills: Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, Use of SAP APO, BW, ECC

  • 3-5 years’ experience

  • Partner with market collaboration planners on risks & opportunities

  • Ability to perform in time sensitive environment

  • Driving the supply review discussion in the demand supply review

  • Monitor & action waste prevention – finished goods, Packing and Raw

  • Lead crisis management and escalations, including product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.

  • Unlock midterm and long-term capacity constraints solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders

  • Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and actions to their end-to-end Supply Planner

  • Be the point of contact with innovations and strategic planning

  • Lead supply chain representation in continuous supply chain cost (scc) improvement program (e.g., air freight, Re-pack, factory costs)

  • Knowledge of: DR/DIFOT, On-time in full delivery of innovation, Inventory target (DOH/Value), Business Waste (RPM & FG), Improvement of SCC
