We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager – Foods & Refreshment. ANZ Foods & Refreshments is a newly created combined Business Unit which represents half the Turnover of the ANZ PMU and a third of its UOP. The two Categories have different challenges to be addressed and requires a strong focus on its Supply Chain Costs, hence the need for a SCF leader with strong strategic mindset and bias for action towards achieving an optimal and sustainable SC cost base.
Reporting to the F&R Finance Director, the F&R Supply Chain Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving effective cost management and savings delivery within the F&R Supply Chain area. The role will Finance partner the 2 Sourcing units, Minto and Tatura, the CCBT’s, the local logistics, R&D and procurement teams. The role is a high profile and complex leadership role in the F&R business and will need high levels resilience and ability to conduct difficult conversations, manage conflicting priorities to deliver results.
Role Responsibilities:
Key member of the ANZ F&R Finance team responsible development and execution of the end-to-end Supply Chain Finance agenda for Foods & Refreshments towards profitable growth (incl. >16.4% UOM in IC)
Provide support to the F&R SC Leadership team on performance interventions, key strategic plan developments, large business activities and drive accountability in delivering these business outcomes
Identify value opportunities as well as potential risks that require a particular intervention / project support from SCF
Drive and performance manage our #NothingGoesToWaste agenda
Identify and address governance gaps and drive simplification of SC Finance processes to prevent Finance-related surprises – includes building capability in Factory Finance
Build strong working relationships with Procurement (NMCI), R&D (Product Logic) to identify risks and opportunities
Drive factory performance improvement by leveraging the network of factories around the Unilever world (World Class Manufacturing)
Provide analysis and actionable insights to the F&R Finance Director and SC Leadership cost savings
Ad-Hoc Projects including identifying candidates and supporting opportunities
