  • Field team operation management: for ensuring sales team execute the sales strategy effectively.

  • Capability Building:Spending the quality time to coach & training both Unilever & and DT field sales leader.

  • Market intelligent update: leading with team update on the activities of competitor and develop the right sales strategy to grow sales, and utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff

  • Territory Management: Leading and analysis the effective of coverage and spot out the opportunity to expand more cover.

  • Channel management: for ensuring the strategy channel is growth in each area align from total company ‘s strategy.

  • TTS Optimization: spot out the opportunity on how we can re engineer budget to support other brands in own area.

  • B2B: digitalization


The ideal candidate needs good interpersonal skills, good time management and task prioritization skills with strong data analytics and critical thinking.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales/marketing or business.

  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Sales Force or similar field in FMCG Industry.

  • Excellence of communication in English both written and spoken.

  • Excellence of operating computer such as Excel, Data Analysis

  • Strong leadership, engagement, and leading team

  • Have a strong market fundamental
