Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
This position is responsible for ensuring the availability of Raw and Packed Material to support production and innovation at Rentis Factory. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing material procurement to align with production schedules and operational goals. This position is based at the Rentis Factory and reporting to the Planning Manager.
Main Accountabilities
- Drive material planning procedures with all Raw and Pack Material suppliers.
- Align with the Planning Manager for the short-, mid-, and long-term plans and translate them into material planning needs using the provided tools.
- Identify possible risks in R&PM supply, escalate to the central team, and drive solutions.
- Establish contacts within the Planning Community and act as the PoC for Material Planning matters.
- Cross check of Production Orders, S1P creation.
- Assistance with Logistics processes, related to material planning.
- PoC for material planning in Innovation projects and MOC, e.g. new suppliers, artworks, and materials.
- Owns the list of suppliers.
- Obsolete minimization of R&PM.
- Takes into consideration Quality related tasks, like E-incident data. (in case a reorder is necessary)
- Monitor all materials changes together with T&I local and EU teams.
- Guards and calculates the PED of the new materials concerning obsolete and service balance.
- Triggers and follows up the contract creation in case it is needed to contact the T2 and relevant Buyer.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered a plus.
- More than 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field would be a plus.
- SAP/ERP systems experience will be highly evaluated.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and digital applications.
- Fluency in Greek & English.
