About the role and purpose:

  • Be active and drive conversation with business on performance

  • Be the voice of Finance at CCBT (marketing teams) table, support discussion at leadership meetings; Co-accountable for results with business with all CCBT

  • Develop plans and actions with business to achieve strategy,

  • Allocate agile FBPs to high value projects and intervention

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Attend CCBT meetings and drive the interventions for major value decision

  • Ensure all CCBTs (marketing teams) are effectively supported and partnered

  • Identify value opportunities that require intervention/project support

  • Drive better decision making around resource allocation and budget

  • Undertake major performance interventions

  • Influence at key decision gates of innovation business cases

  • Drive post-launch interventions

  • Review impacts of performance interventions

  • Support decisions around significant adjustments to carry into financial forecast


We are looking for someone with 2 + years experience in Finance with proven capability:

  • Analytical capability – when have you interpreted data and put it to practical use?

  • Confidence in preparing and presenting plans to the team

  • Ability to work with people across different functions and with different working styles.

  • Understanding of how business cases and the P&L is structured

  • Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak is also required

  • Commercial acumen

  • Strong engagements, presentation and communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong leadership skills
